Summary
This early-stage study tests a single injection of a new drug, IBI3016, in 30 Chinese adults with mild to moderate hypertension who are not currently on blood pressure medication. The main goal is to check safety and how the drug moves through the body, with a secondary look at its effect on blood pressure over about a year. It is a first step to see if the drug is safe enough for larger trials.
