First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 04, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a new drug (BAY3389934) for blood clotting problems in sepsis can be safely given with aspirin. Sixteen healthy adults will receive the drug alone, aspirin alone, and both together in random order. The goal is to check for side effects and see how the two drugs affect blood clotting. Participants will not benefit directly, but results will guide future use in sepsis patients.
