NCT ID NCT05293249

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early-stage study tested the safety and how the body handles two experimental antibodies (AZD5396 and AZD8076) in 61 healthy adults aged 18-60. The antibodies were given as injections followed by a mild electrical pulse to help them enter cells. The goal was to check for side effects and measure antibody levels in the blood, not to treat any disease.
