Summary
This study is testing a new surgical method for prostate cancer that aims to improve patients' quality of life. It compares a new technique called NeuroSAFE, which checks for leftover cancer during surgery, against the standard surgical approach. The goal is to see if the new method helps preserve sexual function and urinary control while still effectively removing all cancer.
