Summary

This study looks at 151 people who had sleeve gastrectomy but didn't lose enough weight or regained it. It compares a newer, simpler surgery (SADI-S) with a standard, more complex one (BPD-DS) to see which works better with fewer side effects. The goal is to help patients achieve lasting weight loss and better health.
