Summary

This study tests two drugs, Sac-TMT and KL-A167, given before surgery to people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see if the combination can eliminate or shrink the tumor enough to improve long-term outcomes. About 40 participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for safety and effectiveness.
