Summary
This study tests whether a high-precision type of radiation called SABR can help people whose cancer has spread to 4 to 10 spots in the body. Participants either receive standard care or SABR to all visible tumors. The goal is to see if SABR improves overall survival, delays cancer growth, and maintains quality of life.
