NCT ID NCT04812548
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tested a new drug called sabatolimab combined with two standard treatments (azacitidine and venetoclax) in 20 adults with high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) who could not have intensive chemotherapy or a stem cell transplant. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and could lead to complete remission, where signs of cancer disappear. The trial was terminated early, but results may still inform future treatments.
