This study tests a new oral liquid drug, BLEX 404, combined with a standard chemotherapy (azacitidine) for people with certain types of bone marrow cancers (MDS and CMML). The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can reduce serious infections. About 52 adults who have not been treated before will take part.
