Summary
This study is testing whether a pill called ruxolitinib can help control a rare type of blood cancer called T-cell large granular lymphocyte leukemia (T-LGLL). The drug aims to shrink tumors and improve low blood counts by blocking signals that help the cancer cells grow. Researchers will enroll about 30 adults who have this condition and need treatment, measuring how well the cancer responds and tracking patients' quality of life.
