Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether giving ruxolitinib followed by ruxolitinib plus azacitidine after a stem cell transplant can safely prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and keep acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from coming back. About 40 adults with AML in remission will take part. The study focuses on finding the best dose and checking for side effects.
