Smartphone study aims to crack code on rural smoking

Summary

This study is testing different quit-smoking methods to see what works best for people living in rural areas, where smoking rates are higher. Researchers will recruit 272 rural smokers from across the country and assign them different resources to use for three months. They will track success using surveys and a breath test to confirm if participants have stopped smoking.
