Summary

This study tested whether training rural primary care doctors remotely could get more people to complete colonoscopy screening for colorectal cancer. Over 20,000 residents aged 45-70 in Chinese villages participated. Villages were randomly assigned to either receive the doctor training program or continue with usual care to compare screening completion rates.
