Rural cancer patients get a video tool to navigate care

NCT ID NCT05723250

First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a short video can help people with early-stage cancer living in rural Vermont feel more in control of their care. About 40 participants will be randomly assigned to watch the video right away or after four months. Researchers will measure changes in cancer knowledge, self-advocacy, and how well patients feel their care is coordinated.
