Summary

This study looks at how running indoors on a treadmill, outdoors on a road, or outdoors on grass changes stress, mood, and focus in healthy college students. Thirty participants will run for 20 minutes in each setting while researchers measure heart rate, stress hormones, and mental performance. The goal is to understand if natural environments offer extra benefits for recovery and attention.
