First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests a non-invasive treatment called rTMS (repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation) to see if it can safely improve thinking in veterans with Parkinson's disease who have mild memory or attention problems. Researchers will measure changes in executive function (like planning and focus) and brain activity. The goal is to find a new way to ease cognitive symptoms without medication.
