Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called high-frequency rTMS can improve cognitive problems that occur after a stroke. Researchers will use brain imaging to see how the treatment affects brain activity. The study involves 40 adults aged 35-75 who had a stroke within the past year and have mild to moderate thinking difficulties.
