Summary
This study tests the safety of a rotigotine skin patch in 120 adults aged 18–60 with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), a genetic condition causing kidney cysts and eventual kidney failure. Participants will wear the patch daily for 24 months. The goal is to see if the drug is well-tolerated and may help slow kidney and heart problems linked to the disease.
