Could a special implant make rotator cuff repairs stronger?

Summary
This study compares standard rotator cuff surgery to surgery plus a bioinductive implant that may help the tendon heal better. About 78 adults with full-thickness tears will be followed for one year. The main goal is to see if the implant leads to fewer retears on ultrasound.
