This study tests two manual therapy techniques—Mulligan and PNF—alongside standard physical therapy for people with partial rotator cuff tears. 45 adults aged 30-70 will be split into three groups to see which approach best reduces pain, improves shoulder movement, and boosts quality of life over three weeks.
