Summary
This study tested whether drinking rosemary tea for 45 days could lower blood pressure in men with mild hypertension. Fifty-four men were randomly assigned to drink either rosemary tea or a placebo. The researchers measured blood pressure and a blood marker related to blood pressure control. The goal was to see if rosemary could be a natural way to manage mild high blood pressure.
