Summary
This study tests whether inhaling rosemary essential oil can improve memory, attention, and other thinking skills in healthy adults. 63 participants will either sniff rosemary oil or a placebo for 14 days and take brain tests before and after. The goal is to see if this natural remedy can give cognition a gentle lift.
