Summary

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

calcium hydroxide or bioceramic-based intracanal medicament (Bio-C Temp)

What this could lead to

If it works, this could help dentists choose a medication that reduces pain between root canal visits, improving patient comfort.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-stage study with only 60 people, so results may not apply to everyone. Pain is subjective and hard to measure precisely.
