First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study compares pain after root canal treatment using two different sealing materials: a resin-based sealer (AH Plus) and a bioceramic sealer (MTA Fillapex). About 180 adults with infected single-rooted teeth will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. Pain levels will be measured 24 and 48 hours after the procedure using a standard pain scale. The goal is to see which material causes less discomfort.
