Summary

This study is testing an oral medication called roflumilast to see if it can safely reduce psoriasis symptoms in adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Over 12 weeks, 36 participants will take the drug daily, starting with a low dose and increasing it. The main goal is to measure changes in skin severity using a standard scoring system, along with monitoring side effects.
