Can rocklatan eye drops improve blood flow in glaucoma eyes?

Summary
This study looks at how Rocklatan eye drops affect blood flow in the eyes of people with early-stage glaucoma. About 30 participants will use the drops and have their eye blood flow measured with special imaging over 6 to 12 months. The goal is to see if the drops and the imaging tools can detect changes in blood flow related to glaucoma.
