Robot vs. surgeon: which cochlear implant method wins?

Summary

This study compares two ways to insert a cochlear implant: robotic-assisted or manual. 32 adults with hearing loss will be randomly assigned to one method. The goal is to see which approach leads to better hearing one year after surgery. Both methods are safe and approved.
