Summary

This study tests a new way to treat stomach cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly. Doctors will use a robot to remove visible cancer and then deliver heated chemotherapy directly into the abdomen during surgery. The goal is to help patients recover faster and have fewer side effects than with traditional open surgery. The trial is for adults aged 18 to 80 with limited spread to the abdomen.
