Brain-Controlled robot hand may boost stroke rehab

Summary
This study tests whether a robotic hand that moves when you imagine moving it (using brain signals) works better than a robot that moves automatically. Twenty adults with chronic stroke and hand weakness will try one of the two therapies. The goal is to see which approach helps the brain and hand recover more.
