Summary
This study compares two types of minimally invasive surgery for people with a certain stage of stomach cancer (cT4a). Participants will be randomly assigned to have their tumor removed by either a robot-assisted or a standard laparoscopic procedure. The main goal is to see if the robotic approach helps people live longer without the cancer coming back. The study involves 335 adults aged 18-80 who have not had prior treatment for their cancer.
