Robots help Parkinson's patients exercise from home

Summary

This study is testing a robot-guided exercise system called ZEST-E to help people with Parkinson's disease improve their strength and mobility. Participants will do robot-assisted exercises three times a week for three weeks, with sessions monitored either in person or remotely. The research aims to see if this approach is safe, practical, and acceptable while measuring improvements in reaching ability and leg strength.
