Summary
This study tests whether robot-assisted gait training can improve thigh muscle thickness, balance, and walking in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Thirty participants will receive either robot-assisted or conventional walking training for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure muscle changes with ultrasound and assess balance and walking speed.
