This study aimed to test a new robot-assisted eye scanner that could take detailed 3D pictures of the retina's edges, an area that is hard to see with standard tools. It was designed for healthy adults to see if the robot could help find retinal tears more easily and comfortably. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
