New eye injection targets blinding disease in early trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called RO7669330, given as an eye injection, for people with geographic atrophy (GA) due to age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The main goal is to check safety and how well the drug is tolerated. About 132 participants will receive multiple injections in one or both eyes.
