Summary
This study tests a new medicine called RN0361 given as a single shot. It is for adults with very high triglycerides, a type of fat in the blood that can cause serious health problems. The trial first checks safety in healthy people, then looks at how well it lowers fat levels in those with high triglycerides. The goal is to control the condition, not cure it.
