Summary

This study compares two drugs, rituximab and ocrelizumab, for people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). The goal is to see if rituximab works as well as ocrelizumab at preventing MS attacks and new brain lesions over two years. About 386 adults aged 18-55 with active MS will take part. Both drugs are given by infusion and aim to control the disease, not cure it.
