Summary

This study tests whether the drug rituximab can improve memory, thinking speed, and hand function in people with advanced secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS). About 46 participants with high disability will receive either rituximab or a placebo for one year. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive tests, hand dexterity, and quality of life.
