New hope for rare nerve disorder: rituximab trial targets daily function

Summary
This study tests if the drug rituximab can improve daily activities in people with Anti-MAG neuropathy, a rare nerve condition that causes progressive disability. About 90 adults with early-stage disease (5 years or less) and specific antibody levels will receive rituximab. The main goal is to see if they gain at least 4 points on a 48-point scale measuring daily function after 12 months.
