Summary

This study tests a personalized approach to hormone therapy for men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. The goal is to reduce treatment intensity for lower-risk patients to minimize side effects while still controlling the cancer. About 108 participants will receive standard care adjusted to their risk level, and researchers will track how long the cancer stays controlled and how quality of life changes.
