Summary
This study tests a fixed, low dose of a hormone drug (follitropin delta) in women undergoing fertility treatment called intrauterine insemination (IUI). The goal is to stimulate the ovaries to produce exactly two mature eggs, boosting the chance of pregnancy while lowering the risk of twins or triplets. The trial involves 80 women aged 18-38 with regular cycles who are trying IUI for the first time.
