Summary
This study tests a digital health platform called HMP designed for young sexual and gender minority (SGM) individuals. Researchers want to see if using the app helps more people start HIV prevention medication (PrEP) and achieve viral suppression if they have HIV. The study will enroll 1,500 participants aged 15-24 who own a smartphone and have had sex with another man in the past year.
