Summary
This study tests a smartphone-based program called HMP to help young men (ages 15-24) who have sex with men start and stick with HIV prevention (PrEP) or treatment. About 1500 participants will either get the app right away or after a delay. The goal is to see if the app improves PrEP use and viral suppression over 12 months.
