Summary

This study will test a smartphone-based program called HMP to help young sexual and gender minority (SGM) people start and stay on HIV prevention (PrEP) or treatment. About 1,500 participants aged 15-24 will be split into two groups: one gets HMP right away, the other gets it later. Researchers will check if the app improves PrEP use and viral suppression over 12 months.
