Iron pill may boost energy in heart failure patients

Summary
This study tests whether a special oral iron supplement (sucrosomial iron) can improve exercise ability and quality of life in people with chronic heart failure who also have low iron levels. About 60 participants will receive either the iron supplement or a placebo for several weeks. The main goals are to see if the supplement helps them walk farther in 6 minutes and feel better day-to-day.
