Summary
This study tests a program called RISE designed to help nurse preceptors—experienced nurses who train new nurses—cope with stress and burnout. About 124 nurse preceptors from AdventHealth will participate. The goal is to see if RISE improves their resilience, self-compassion, and overall mental well-being at work and home.
