Summary
This pilot study tests a retreat program called RISE for nurse managers who are experiencing burnout and stress. The program is a group workshop designed to build resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment. The study will include 16 nurse managers from AdventHealth and will measure changes in burnout, stress, and overall well-being. The main goal is to see if the retreat is practical and helpful for this group.
