New hope for endometrial cancer: Rina-S takes on chemo in major trial

Summary

This study tests a new drug called Rina-S against standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel or doxorubicin) in people with endometrial cancer that has come back or worsened after prior treatment. About 544 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Rina-S or standard chemo. The goal is to see which treatment better delays cancer growth and extends survival. All participants receive an active drug; no one gets a placebo.
