New hope for ovarian cancer: Rina-S combo aims to extend remission

NCT ID NCT07225270

First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the experimental drug Rina-S to standard therapy helps keep ovarian cancer from coming back in people whose cancer had previously responded to platinum chemotherapy. About 528 participants will receive either Rina-S alone, Rina-S plus bevacizumab, bevacizumab alone, or monitoring only. The goal is to see if the new combination delays cancer progression longer than current treatments.
