New migraine pill aims to stop pain in 2 hours

Summary
This study is testing how well and how safely a medication called rimegepant works to treat migraine attacks as they happen. It will enroll 100 people with migraines to take a dissolving tablet when a migraine starts and track their pain and symptoms over several hours. The main goal is to see how many people are pain-free two hours after taking the medicine and to check for any side effects.
