Summary

This study tested a new drug called rilzabrutinib, given with steroids, to see if it can better control IgG4-related disease (a rare condition where the immune system attacks the body). 27 adults with active disease took part. The goal was to see if the drug combination could prevent disease flares and reduce side effects compared to steroids alone.
